Homes flooded in Sampson County

SAMPSON COUNTY, NC (WTVD) -- Pictures from Chopper 11 HD Tuesday morning showed how the Black River has inundated parts of Sampson County.

Many homes were flooded at their lower levels, but some were covered up to their roofs.
