SCITUATE, Mass. -- This week's winter storm has caused numerous problems for coastal Massachusetts.
A house in the town of Scituate was completely frozen over. Thankfully the residents were evacuated before this happened.

Officials say numerous homes suffered significant structural damage in the storm.
The town's building commissioner estimates it's the worst damage to homes in more than two decades.
Several roads are impassable due to downed wires, flooding, sand, and debris.
