CHARLOTTE (WTVD) -- A Charlotte high school senior is taking the internet by storm with a trick you've got to see for yourself.
On Monday night, Mike Senatore flipped a plastic water bottle for his school's talent show. The result was thunderous applause and a YouTube video that went viral.
With hundreds of thousands of likes, shares, and views on social media, the question - even for Mike - is why?
"I really just wanted to be in the talent show to be honest and I didn't have many talents and me and some of my buddies were like 'Hey, you're good at flipping a bottle,'" he said.
So what is Mike's secret? He uses 16.9 ounce Deer Park water bottles making sure they're only filled to the third divot in the plastic.
Mike explains a full bottle won't bounce and an empty one is too light.
