Raleigh soldier gets keys to a brand new home

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Paratroopers swooped in Thursday to deliver a Fort Bragg solider keys to a brand new home.

It's a home that Army Staff Sgt. Timothy Payne gets without a mortgage.

ABC11's Anna Laurel reports it's the 10th hero home built for a disabled combat veteran locally.
