Young boy battling rare brain tumor gets surprise from Spider-Man

Spider-Man surprised a 5-year-old boy and his family during what may be his last birthday party.

The guy in the suit is actually the boy's father who wanted to surprise his 5-year-old son Jayden with something special.

Just a few days earlier, the young boy was diagnosed with a Grade 4 Brain Stem Tumor. He was given just one year left to live.

"Today he is still with us fighting it all the way, but at least he has Spider-Man to take care of him," his dad wrote on the YouTube page.

Commenters on social media are calling him dad of the year.
