This past week, two-time NBA MVP Steve Nash held his annual popular charity soccer match, The Steve Nash Foundation Showdown, in New York City's Sara D. Roosevelt Park.

The Showdown featured professional soccer players and NBA giants in a 7-a-side game to benefit the Steve Nash Foundations' programs for under-served children.

Players included Mason Plumlee (Brooklyn Nets), Dirk Nowitzki (Dallas Mavericks), Kyrie Irving (Cleveland Cavaliers), Giuseppe Rossi (Fiorentina), Wilson Chandler (Denver Nuggets), Tomas Pina Isla (Villarreal CF), Marc Stein (ESPN's Soccer Today) and more.

If you were wondering, Steve Nash's team won 11-7.
