RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A 36-year-old man was killed in a crash Saturday morning in downtown Raleigh, according to police.

Officers responded around 3:13 a.m. to a crash in the 300 block of West Martin Street.

When they arrived, they found a Mercedes-Benz S550 sedan that had struck a building and a tree at a high rate of speed. The driver, identified as Michael Graham, was found dead inside the vehicle.

Police say there was no evidence the driver was wearing a seat belt.
