Dressed in their Thanksgiving best: Babies in NICU at Rex

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- The 'tiniest turkeys' at the UNC Health Rex NICU in Raleigh are dressed in adorable turkey outfits this week.

Spending holidays in the NICU can be a very difficult time for parents.
