Jamie Lynn King was wanted on several identity theft and fraud charges.
King's ex-husband's wife tipped off police and King was arrested at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Durham.
The 31-year-old Durham woman is accused of stealing credit cards and using them to make numerous purchases. She is also accused of using a check that was stolen in Cary.
Charges against King include four counts of obtaining property by false pretense, two counts of financial card theft, identity theft, possession of stolen goods, forgery and uttering a forged instrument.
