Prosecutors say they will not seek the death penalty for two men accused of murdering a Raleigh cab driver last April. Sabiu Tuker was found in his cab after it crashed into a fence. He had been stabbed in the abdomen and robbed.

Joseph Caldwell, 24, is accused of wielding the knife, but 28-year-old Davin Heard is also charged with murder because he was allegedly in on the robbery.
