Guilty plea in Obama bear case

ASHEVILLE The carcass was found dumped on the Western Carolina University campus in October.

Brothers Marvin Caleb Williams and Mathew Colton Williams admitted in court to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and wildlife violations.

They placed the 75-pound bear cub in front of the school's administration and stapled two Obama campaign yard signs together and placed them over the bear's head.

Investigators have called the incident a student prank and not a political statement.
