Police say she is also charged with breaking into a truck two hours later in the 200 block of south Mangum Street. They say she stole a leaf blower from that truck. It is valued at $400.
Allen is wanted on five charges of obtaining property by false pretense, one count of felony larceny, one count of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and one count of larceny after breaking and entering.
