Police: Man flashed teen

RALEIGH It happened April 26 at 9600 Falls of Neuse Road.

Raleigh police have charged 42-year-old Randall Joseph Norris with three counts of indecent exposure and three counts of indecent liberties with children.

The Special Victim's Unit says it suspects Norris may have done this before. Anyone with additional information is asked to call (919) 996-3555.
