"It was completely on fire and just the building, behind it the shop where the maintenance stuff was starting to catch on fire, and then in just minutes the whole building was gone," said park owner Marjorie Turner in an interview with Eyewitness News right after it happened.
Turner said they had no insurance for the damage, but they didn't let that stop them from rebuilding.
The park has a new pavilion that will include a deli, beach shop, and locker rooms.
The summer getaway is located on a six-acre manmade lake surrounded by white sand beaches.
