Deputies then discovered Wilson had a second bag of marijuana and a cell phone with text messages regarding a drug deal. Police say the calls were connected to 16-year-old Laurence Parks who is also in custody.
Wilson has been charged with felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana. He is currently being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under $1,000 bond.
Parks is charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under $500 bond.
