Investigators say someone in a car outside a bar on E. Fifth Street started shooting.
According to investigators, the shooting stemmed from an argument and Blackley and Kirby - who managed a pizza restaurant across the street - were innocent bystanders.
Two warrants have been issued for James Earl Richardson, 32, of Greenville.
