The last happened August 2.
Deputies say they were called an outbuilding just after 3 a.m. for a shooting. When they got there, they learned there had been a large party in the building and a fight had led to gunfire. They say they were told that a shooting victim had been taken to the hospital by private car.
They later learned that Tony J. McKoy, 26, of Dunn died at Betsy Johnson hospital.
Now, Adrian Jerome Womack, 31, of Sanford is charged with first-degree murder. He was arrested at a residence in Lee County.
Officials say they're looking at curbing parties on the property because of repeated problems. Another man was killed in a similar shooting in 2007.
Womack is being held without bond.
