Lee is blamed for a wildfire July 1 near the intersection of Sandspur Lane and Edgewater Drive in the Seven Lakes community.
He's also accused of burning a Boy Scout lodge on Carthage Road near West End on August 17. The property is owned by West End United Methodist Church. It's a total loss with damages estimated at $400,000.
Lee also faces charged of making fake 911 calls on August 15 and 22nd.
The 17-year-old has been released on $50,000 bond with a September 10 court date.
