Man wanted for Wachovia robbery

The Raleigh Police Department is trying to identity a suspect in a surveillance photo.The man is wanted for robbing the Wachovia bank on Fairview Road in Raleigh Tuesday.

The suspect allegedly entered the bank around 2:30 p.m. and passed a note to a teller. The teller complied with the suspect's demands and then the suspect left the bank on foot.

He is described as a clean shaven, white male in his 40s. He is about 6'2" tall and weighs 190 -220 lbs. He was wearing a yellow golf shirt, dark colored pants and a red and white baseball cap.

The cap may have "Ohio State" on it.
