She is an inmate at Fountain Correctional Center for Women who was taking part in a work-release program. She reported Mcauley's alleged conduct to investigators.
The alleged activity took place between August, 2008 and this past April. The investigation began in June.
Mcauley was served Friday with warrants for two counts of sexual activity by a custodian and received a $52,000 bond. No other Habitat for Humanity employees were involved in the alleged criminal conduct.
