Regulators settle with ConAgra over explosion

GARNER

ConAgra was cited in December after safety and health inspections at the facility. Now, it's agreed to pay a total fine of $106,440. It will also make certain to its safety and health program - a number of which were already instituted by the company.

The June explosion at the plant killed four people. Investigators said a contractor installing a natural gas fired water heater vented gas inside the building - triggering the explosion.
