Fayetteville Police have arrested a man months after his grandmother and mother were found dead at their home.Tarae Lamont Mosby, 29, returned to Fayetteville Friday and was formally charged with the murder of his mother, 47-year-old Karen Mosby and his grandmother, 69-year-old Betty Pettigrew.
The victims were found around 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 14 in the 6000 block of Brookshire Street in Fayetteville.
Neighbors tell ABC11 the women were not military and moved in only a few months earlier.
Mosby is charged with 1st degree murder and with larceny of a motor vehicle. He is currently being held in the Cumberland County Jail with no bond.
