Authorities ID body found outside home

ROCKY MOUNT Rocky Mount Police say a man walking his dog found the body of 32-year-old Duwone Parker around 7:30 a.m. next to a home on Greystone Dr. near Stillwater Dr. in the Wedgewood Subdivision.

Parker was reported missing by his mother on Tuesday afternoon.

She says he was last seen alive by family members on Feb. 25.

The medical examiner's office is conducting an autopsy to find out how Parker died.

Further details have not been released.
