They say the suspect broke into Dallas Famous Chicken and Biscuit located at 1101 E. Williams Street and Skippers Seafood located at 1001 E. Williams Street.
The break-ins happened overnight Monday and Tuesday.
Nothing was taken in either incident, but suspect damaged the inside of Skippers with what appeared to be a crowbar.
