Tyler Jamarr Wortham of Clinton is charged with statutory rape, taking indecent liberties with a minor, crimes against nature and statutory offense.
Detectives say Wortham forced his victim to take money from an ATM and then drove her to a Fayetteville motel. The victim says he forced her to engage in sexual acts on April 6 and 7.
Wortham is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $202, 000 bond.He will make his first court appearance Tuesday.
