HENDERSON, NC --
Autopsy results released Wednesday by the North Carolina Office of the Chief Medical Examiner say a 33-year-old Henderson mother was shot five times.
Investigators said last month that 33-year-old Letitia Hammond's daughter came home and found her shot to death at their house at 710 S. Carolina Avenue on June 15.
Police have charged Hammond's 15-year-old with the killing. They did not give a motive.
