UNC investigating judicial office break-in

The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill says its campus police are investigating a burglary at the Student and Academic Services Building .

Investigators say the student judicial system office, which houses the Honor Court, was targeted and "sensitive" confidential records for 31 students were taken.

The school did not identify the students in a news release. It said they were being notified.

The break-in was discovered at 8 a.m. Monday.
