Tania Ritacco, 17, was a passenger in a car that slammed into an oncoming vehicle.
Ritacco and the driver, Kristy Tamayo,19, were headed home from Bible study on Amelia Church Road when Tamayo lost control of the car. Their Honda Civic hit an SUV head-on.
Ritacco was a student at Clayton High School. School officials say Ritacco had planned to attend Culinary Arts School after graduation next year.
She was the second student from Clayton High School killed this year in a car crash.
