The Occupy movement is no longer occupying downtown Raleigh.

All that remains at the corner of West and Edenton streets is a few empty tents and some trash piles.

The group, modeled after the Occupy Wall Street movement in New York City, had been a constant presence in the downtown area since October.

Occupy members say they will return from time to time for meetings.
