The video shows the officer confronting Christopher Beatty, Jr. in the parking lot of a Morganton Road ABC liquor store in Fayetteville Saturday night.
The officer asked Beatty if he could check out the can he was holding because he thought it may have contained alcohol.
Beatty refused and refused the officer's repeated requests to leave.
Beatty was eventually placed under arrest after a short struggle. He is charged with trespassing and resisting arrest.
