Quinn vetoes bill aiming to cut down on free museum days

Gov. Pat Quinn vetoed a bill that would have cut the number of free days required by museums and aquariums.

The bill would have cut the number of free days in half, from 52 to 26 each year, to help museums and aquariums deal with budget challenges.

Quinn says reducing the number of free days would limit access for lower-income families.
