Nash County deputies investigating 21 cigarette break-ins

The Nash County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday it needs help finding the person or persons behind a whopping number of business break-ins where cigarettes were stolen.

Deputies released a surveillance video showing a person wearing all black and a ski mask breaking into a convenience store.

Investigators said the burglaries involve 21 businesses in Nash, Wilson, Franklin, and Johnston counties. The break-ins began in April.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Nash County Sheriff's Office at (252)459-4121 or (252)459-1570. A cash reward has been offered.
