Hearing set on Justin Bieber motion to block Florida video

MIAMI

The hearing was set for next Thursday before a Miami-Dade County judge. The 19-year-old pop singer's lawyers say in the motion they want more time to review the video showing him in custody. Attorneys for news organizations say there's no basis under Florida public records laws to keep the video under wraps.

A March 3 trial date has been set for Bieber on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an invalid license. He has pleaded not guilty.

Police say Bieber was arrested after an illegal street drag race in Miami Beach.
