Three charged with murder in shooting of Durham man

Three people are charged with a July 10 murder.

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Two people have been arrested and a third person is wanted in connection with a July 10 homicide on Woodview Drive.

Police said the drive-by shooting happened in the 2000 block of Woodview Drive just before 4:15 a.m.

Police said 19-year-old Andre Bond died at the scene. Authorities also said the shooting did not appear to be random.

Investigators arrested 16-year-old Uniece Fennell and 21-year-old Joseph Kendell Jr. on Tuesday in the 600 block of Green Street and charged them both with murder.

Investigators also charged Demonte Christopher, 18, with murder, but he is not in custody.

Investigators said the victim and suspects knew each other.
