Governor Pat McCrory signs ABLE Act Bill

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory signed the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act Bill on Tuesday.

The act helps individuals with disabilities maintain health, independence, and a better quality by furthering the long-established policy of the State to provide tools that strengthen opportunities for personal economic development and long-term financial planning.
