Apex 'peak' of best place to live list
APEX (WTVD) -- The Town of Apex really is the "Peak of Good Living," according to Money Magazine.
Apex is living up to their slogan, with the magazine naming the town the number one place to live in the United States.

Money released its list of the best places to live in 2015 this week, focusing on small cities that pack high wages, low home costs, steady job growth and excellent quality of life.
The magazine says Apex has all the things you'd expect in the number one place to live - including a charming downtown, top-notch schools and community spirit.
The location also played a big part in the ranking, with its proximity to Raleigh, RTP and area universities.
Apex was also honored in 2013 as No. 9 in the country and No. 1 in North Carolina.
