A state representative charged with DWI

According to published reports, /*Republican State Representative*/ Joe Boylan of /*Pinehurst*/ drove his truck off a Moore County Road Thursday and hit a tree.

The /*Highway Patrol*/ says Boylan was treated and released at a hospital.
