According to Sheriff Lane Carter, his office with the assistance of the /*SBI*/, located numerous still photographs and video's of unknown children under the age of 16. The children were engaged in different sexual acts with unknown male and female adults.
On April 11, investigators arrest 25-year-old Nathaniel Leon Phillips of Carthage, N.C.
He is charged with three counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 132 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Phillips is being held under a $1.25 million bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for April 28.
The incident is pending further investigation.
