Detectives say Scott Norton shot 20-year-old Brandon Wattenbarger at a home on /*Glory Road*/ Sunday just before 4 a.m. --Wattenberger is still in the hospital.
Sheriff's deputies charged Norton with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and assault with a deadly weapon. He is in the /*Wake County*/ jail under a $100,000 bond.
