The driver of a SUV lost control on Sanders Road near McGee's Crossroads Saturday morning.
The driver died when the vehicle rolled over. The little girl was ejected.
She was flown to Wake Med with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators believe the driver may have fallen asleep.
