A Nigerian national faces drug trafficking charges in Raleigh.Police say doctors performed surgery to remove heroin from Ochunkwo Obguanu's body after he swallowed it. Police say the drugs had a street value of about half million dollars. Ogbuanu will be taken to jail after he's released from Wake Med.
