I-40 pile-up still under investigation

RALEIGH, NC Police say a driver crossed the median and hit another vehicle on I-40 near Gorman Street. The second vehicle them spun out and hit a third car – that drive was not injured.

The driver who caused the accident and two others were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

So far no charges have been filed.
