Questions surrounding the incident are still unanswered. Durham Police say her death is not suspicious, but could not say how or why the woman was on the tracks.
One witness told his co-workers he passed by Bagley near the tracks and said she was dressed up and had a purse.
The family of the victim has been notified. Police are still investigating.
