Investigators say Frazier showed the tape to a school administrator after the girl called police to claim the 17-year-old raped her. He was apparently trying to prove by showing the tape that the sex was consensual.
Police say Frazier should have given them the tape - not shown it to others. He's now charged with second and third degree exploitation of a minor. He was released on $25,000 bail.
