Some people said they were having trouble breathing because of the fumes. EMS treated one person at the scene.
In a phone call with Eyewitness News, a manager said the chemical was a type of epoxy called Green Seal.
Hazardous materials workers cordoned off the area. The fumes from the chemical were not spread over a wide area and there were no evacuations in the surrounding neighborhood.
