It was flying from Orlando to Burlington, Vermont.
Jet Blue said the plane had an air leak near the wings of the plane. Officials said there was a hot stream of air being released that was only suppose to come out for de-icing purposes.
Another plane came in around midnight and transported passengers to Vermont.
There were 86 passengers on board plus the crew.
No one was hurt in the incident.
