Man killed in Raleigh shooting

RALEIGH Authorities found 20-year-old Christopher Degrantus Fowler around 1:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Peyton Street.

Authorities said Fowler was dead by the time they arrived.

The incident is being investigated as a homicide.
