Teen arrested for driving with dead man

WILMINGTON Tuesday the Star-News of Wilmington reported that 19-year-old Eric Len Henry Jr., of Winnabow, delayed notifying authorities for hours of 23-year-old John Ferguson's death.

A spokesperson with the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office says authorities believe Ferguson died of a drug overdose, but an autopsy to determine the cause of death is pending.

Henry was released from jail on a $500 bond.
