This time Joe Carnevale is making a 17 foot tall dinosaur.
The creation will be on display at the corner of Hargett and Fayetteville Street in Raleigh.
It's for the SPARKcon festival in downtown this Thurday through Sunday.
The four day long creative event will be filled with art, music, dance, film, fashion, design and more.
