Police say they saw movement in the house but the two men inside refused to come out right away.
That led to a standoff and a negotiation team was brought in.
After about an hour, the men came to the door and surrendered.
Investigators were interviewing both suspects, whom have been identified as Jose Marquet Simpson, 22, and Christopher Krone, 21, both of Durham.
Charges are pending.
